SUB-HANG™ Topside Hang-Off Clamps are utilised to provide a structural support between a cable, umbilical, riser, hoses or thermoplastic composite pipes and the topside J-tube flange.
Topside Hang-Off Clamps, if requested, can be supplied with a sealing arrangement that provides sealing capability of the annulus between the topside pull-in asset and the topside J-tube.
SUB-HANG™ Topside Hang-Off Clamps are fitted with a continuous housing that is pre-installed prior to riser pull-in.
Topside Hang-Off Clamps are subjected to factory acceptance testing normally witness by a client and / or a third party test verification body, that verify both the load bearing capability and sealing capability within in a test rig arrangement that simulates all offshore parameters and conditions.
Typical applications include: Platform topside cable hang-off; J-tube top entry cable termination; Riser hang-off at deck level; Offshore wind transition piece cable support.
