Subsea Energy Solutions (SES) complete custom Polyurethane SUB-STARS™ for large scale production machinery

Solution Details

Subsea Energy Solutions (SES) have recently completed a project producing custom made polyurethane SUB-STARS™ for a manufacturer of specialist soils and fertilizers. 

The polyurethane SUB-STARS™ are used on large production machinery to screen the soil and remove any large impurities.
 
Subsea Energy Solutions designed the stars from scratch to work with the client’s current equipment and to fit their exact specifications.
 
The products were manufactured from an abrasion resistant polyurethane and colour matches to suit the clients colour palette.

This project proves the flexibility of the engineering team at Subsea Energy Solutions and our ability to adapt to custom projects.

All manufacturing was completed during 2020 whilst operating under COVID-19 restrictions.
