Solution Details

Within this project, we supported a client with an existing topside hang-off already installed, which was failing due to unexpected loads caused by a shift in the scour pit, therefore the cable was slipping. 

There was no interface available, so working with a client the J-tube was cut and the Subsea Energy Solutions system was retro-fit into the space made on the J-tube, with a protective cover installed around the system to help protect from the environment. 

The complete system was designed, made and delivered within 3 weeks.
